Creepy and ICP are not clowns. Clowns entertain with humor or pathos. they are enjoyable. Pennywise is not a clown and neither are the Killer Clowns FOS. They are created to make you fear something that is not really scary. BOZO rocks and so do REAL professional circus clowns.
