"My husband and I had our lovely country farmhouse on the market two different imes with no success. We had about given up but decided to try one last time we really wanted to downsize. We were on a tight schedule to sell because of an extended trip we had planned in the fall. We talked to Heather and she helped us put together a strategy that included pricing it right, marketing it to a wide audience, while at the same time targeting certain groups based upon the unique nature of the property. In spite of our tight schedule, we were able to sell quickly, allowing us to buy and move in time for our planned trip. Heather gave us sound advice selling and buying, but never pressured us to do things we were uncomfortable doing. She was also very helpful in facilitating last minute repairs on both transactions.
