On the first exercise, make sure to point the toes up and back towards yourself. On the second exercise, the leg is at 90 degrees, not 45.

@misssdmj Same issue here. Also do the elliptical w/out pain. In addition to these exercises, I find it helps to do the elliptical in both directions, 20 minutes each direction. Best of luck
