24:55 Allah has promised, to those among you who believe and work righteous deeds, that He will, of a surety, grant them in the land, inheritance (of power), as He granted it to those before them; that He will establish in authority their religion - the one which He has chosen for them; and that He will change (their state), after the fear in which they (lived), to one of security and peace: 'They will worship Me (alone) and not associate aught with Me. 'If any do reject Faith after this, they are rebellious and wicked.
(Qur'aan 57:16)
"Has not the time come for the hearts of those who believe (in the Oneness
of Allaah-Tawheed) to be affected by Allaah's reminder of the Truth, lest
they become as those who received the Scripture (The Torah and The
Gospel) before (i.e. Jesus) and the term was prolonged for them and so
their hearts were hardened? And many of them Fasiqun (rebellious,
disobedient to Allaah)."
In the above Ayah, the text: "lest they become as those who received the
Scripture" (Christians, Jews, people of the lost nations before ISlam), is an absolute prohibition against imitating them. Ibn Katheer (in his
Tafseer) said: "That is why Allaah forbade the believers from imitating them in
any basic or minor matter."
Qur'an 45:18
The Path is Clear, follow the Scholars of the Salaf as Salih.
Then We have put you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم) on a (plain) way of (Our) commandment [like the one which We commanded Our Messengers before you (i.e. legal ways and laws of the Islamic Monotheism)]. So follow you that (Islamic Monotheism and its laws), and follow not the desires of those who know not. (Tafsir At-Tabari).

"[Qur'an: 22:78]. Allah also said: " Allah intends for youease, and He does not want to make things difficult for you..."[Qur'an21:185]. He also said: " So, keep your duty to Allah and fear Him as muchas you can; Hear and Obey..."[Qur'an 64:16].
TheProphet said: " Verily, the religion is ease"[al-Bukhaaree, Muslim].He also said: " What I have ordered you (to do), do as much of it as youcan..."[Al-Bukhaaree].
Umar bin Kitab once wrote a letter to him Army to the Effect of:
Your sins hurt you more then any weapon of the kuffar, you will win because you obey Allah and that is your key to victory over the disbeleivers so Obey Allah in all times for you win on the strength of beleive not the strength of your muscles!

Deep down at the bottom of the ocean, covered up and protected in a beautiful shell. Where do you find gold? Way down in the mine, covered over with layers and layers of rock. Youv got to work hard to get to them. Your body is sacred. Your far more precious than diamonds and pearls, and you should be covered too.
