Only dummies believe Muhammad was NOT a fake prophet. One has only to look at his work and actions:
1. Raping slaves - OK
2. Beating his wives - OK
3. Superiority of men over women - OK
4. Superstitions -OK
5. Killing non-believers - OK
6. Marrying children - OK
7. Demeaning women - OK
8. Killing those who speak against Islam - OK
9. Killing apostates - OK
10. Punishing a rape VICTIM with 100
slashes - OK
11. Marrying daughters-in-law - OK
12. Sex with animals- OK
13. Sex with dead people- OK
and the list goes on .
The bottom line is that the Arabs needed a prophet from within them and they chose the Son of Satan.

I really don't know what Muslims are boasting about, but to be a Muslim, one must reject reality and abstain from general knowledge, which is why Muslims are the most primitive and backward of all people on earth. Primates have a better understanding of the physical world around them than Muslims do. One need only look at their shit hole Islamic states, the most unproductive people in the world who are a parasitic burden to every civilised nation that welcomes them.
