WOW V nice!! that looks like youl have tht in a routine soonish :) , try keeping your head in on the twist phase, pulling the twist round harder will help to, then you can just treat it like a tripple as the twist will be over and done with :) (im assuming you can tripple ^^ )

no offence but this guy SUCKS, his whips are crap!!! and never god never learn a whip from a round off, always learn round off flick into a whip so you can get your whip at the perfect height!
