callabashful- I own an original Hofner Just like Pauls, but there was others Bass guitars to pick from Remember Fender p-basses were around for almost eight years, and They Rule today. I sold my 62 p-bass, kept the Hofner, and today, I have a new Jazz Bass, a Fretless Yamaha and one or two others.
