@markster1996 YO it's simple as shit, download the rar, unzip to your desktop cause it extracts with it's own folder "Full_Tuning" BUT inside that folder take the folder named "cnt_lexan" Right Click Cut, Right Click Paste in C:\Program Files (x86)\2K Games\Mafia II\pc\dlcs <------Folder SIMPLE

@cky9301 also in this video at exactly 45s in you will see that red car is the one i'm talking about, looks just like a 55/57 bel air, front looks like a 54/53 can never tell it's a game...
