FoxCircuit101 you are way ahead of me , It took me a moment to realize that it was Numba 5`s sister from Kids Next Door. Jeez the vioce actors are coming from everywhere from Luke skywalker (the Riddler) to Cree Summers (Dr. Young)

at first I thought the commentator at 1:06 was giving you a medal and saying "Going Grazy..." but somehow I got that comfused for rampage....

the original clip from CNN said that they had a team of animators that made that clip at 0:34 due to lack of footage from the military or other sources. So real event, no footage except that one used for "filller"
