Sleep experts say you need two hours to unwind before going to sleep. IKEA calls this Happy to Bed time. So HappytoBed.com is an investigation into the subject of bedtime -- and what we could and should be doing to hit the pillow in the right mood. It is a spin-off from a campaign devised by Mother for IKEA. But Ikea aren't interfering in the editorial (honest) -- they want a genuine journalistic journey into the idea that the time before we go to bed being is a distinct period with its own rules, rituals, culture and rich history. So, they asked me, Tim Samuels ,documentary filmmaker and broadcaster and my team to get on the case.
