Live a moral life, and wisdom and concentration will naturally blossom. - Buddha

All Compounded things are impermanent due to causes & conditions. (Devoid of Inherent existence/interdependent)
All things contaminated with afflictive emotions,Karma are miserable.
All phenomena are selfless.
Nirvana is peace.
❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦
① Impermanence/suffering - to be normed & understood.
② Origins (afflictive emotions, karma) - to be eliminated.
③ Cessation/Liberation (Nirvana) - to be actualized.
④ Path - to be cultivated.
❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦
[Four Noble Truths]
☸ 1. All phenomena based on afflictive emotions lead to sufferings; this is the first noble truth.
☸ 2. Afflictive emotions and the actions (Karma) they motivate are the true origins of suffering; this is the second noble truth.
☸ 3. Putting an end to afflictive emotions, the source of pain, is liberation; Nirvana, Awakening is the third noble truth. (Super-bliss/Omniscient/Realism)
☸ 4. The paths, or means, to overcoming and pacifying afflictive emotions are true paths; this is the fourth noble truth.

He who experiences the unity of life sees his own Self in all beings, and all beings in his own Self, and looks on everything with an impartial eye. - Buddha
Know all things to be like this: As a magician makes illusions of horses, oxen carts and other things, so view them "like" Illusion. - The Buddha
Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die; so, let us all be thankful. - Buddha
You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection. - Buddha
The foot feels the foot when it feels the ground. - Buddha
Three things cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth. - Buddha
Peace comes from within, do not seek it without. - Buddha
A jug fills drop by drop. - Buddha
"Life is as dear to the mute creature as it is to a man. Just as one wants happiness and fears pain, just as one wants to live and not to die, so do other creatures." - H.H. The Dalai Lama
"Because he or she has pity on every living creature, therefore is a man or woman called 'holy'"—Dhammapada, Buddhism
"The eating of flesh extinguishes the seed of great compassion."—Mahaparinirvana Buddhism
People have this idea that Enlightenment and realisation is something in a distance - a very fantastic and magnificent happening which will transform everything once and for always. But it's not like that at all. It's something which is so simple you hardly see it. It's right in front of us, so close we don't notice it. And it's something which can happen at any moment. And the moment we see it, there it is. It's been there all the time, but we've had our inner eye closed. When the moments of awareness all link up - we become a Buddha. -- Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo, Buddhist nun, in: Cave in the Snow.
To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one's family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one's own mind. If a woman/man can control his mind he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him. - Buddha
In a controversy the instant we feel anger [selfish motives] we have already ceased striving for the truth, and have begun striving for ourselves. - Buddha
There is nothing more dreadful than the habit of doubt. Doubt separates people. It is a poison that disintegrates friendships and breaks up pleasant relations. It is a thorn that irritates and hurts; it is a sword that kills. - Buddha
The whole secret of existence is to have no fear. Never fear what will become of you, depend on no one. Only the moment you reject all help are you freed. - Buddha
