[Four Noble Truths]
☸ 1. All phenomena based on afflictive emotions lead to sufferings; this is the first noble truth.
☸ 2. Afflictive emotions and the actions (Karma) they motivate are the true origins of suffering; this is the second noble truth.
☸ 3. Putting an end to afflictive emotions, the source of pain, is liberation; Nirvana, Awakening is the third noble truth. (Super-bliss/Omniscient/Realism)
☸ 4. The paths, or means, to overcoming and pacifying afflictive emotions are true paths; this is the fourth noble truth.

He who experiences the unity of life sees his own Self in all beings, and all beings in his own Self, and looks on everything with an impartial eye. - Buddha

To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one's family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one's own mind. If a woman/man can control his mind he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him. - Buddha
