Darrell Craig Harris is currently with Cirque Du Soleil's new ZED show that is being presented at Tokyo Disneyland. I have created this page to share some playing and instructional videos, and also to meet new friends from around the world. :0)
About Me:

Come visit me at: www.facebook.com/cirquebass

Hi, my name is Darrell Craig Harris, and for the past five years (03-08) I have been onstage in Las Vegas with Cirque Du Soleil's "Mystere" and 2008-2011 Cirque du Soleil's ZED show at Tokyo Disneyland.

I am now living in Las Vegas and available for online bass lessons via Skype.

I started out in music on guitar and vocals, then bass and on to drums and percussion. I first started touring when I was fifteen years old with the Velvet Knights drum and bugle corps from Santa Ana, California. With VK I gained great experience, an also through playing in high school jazz band (Ocean View High in Huntington Beach California) I learned to read music and explore many different styles of playing.

After High school, I went on to attend Musicians Institute in Hollywood California from 18984-85. I went to the school in it's original building with most of the original instructors those included: Jeff Berlin, Frank Gimbale, Howard Roberts, Jeff Porcaro, Joe Porcaro and many other great teachers and players.

Since my beginnings, I have strived to grow as a bassist and more importantly as a musician in general. In my current position with Cirque's ZED in Tokyo, I am playing electric doublebass (BSX) Electric fretted/fretless and a Godin A5 acoustic electric five string fretless bass, and Toca Djembe.

I have been very fortunate to perform onstage and in the studio with some of the worlds great musical artists, and below is a list of some the most prominent of those.
