David Starkey On Newsnight (Whites Have Become Blacks)
whether starkey was being racist or not, he is a clever man and should know better than to say stupid things like this.

This bullshit that culture and entertainment determine behaviour is just stupid. David Starkey watches Shakespeare and listens to Opera, both full of violence, rape, murder etc. These riots are not about 'culture', they are about equality of opportunity.

Sorry, but I think this is a hopeless attempt at psych bandwagon jumping.
The Molly Malone quote is pointless and jarring, the strained harmonies painfull and no amount of 'la la las' can make up for the lack of a tune or chorus.
This is 'psych' made by a band who had no idea what psych was. ...

"White Caterpillar", "Spider" and "Lord of the Rings" were all originally issued on 3 separate various artists EPs on the Jukebox label in 1969 in Sweden only . They've been reissued a number of times since then.

@XmasHitman Yes, but out of this particular zeitgeist grew radical feminism, Frendz, Spare Rib and it gave voices to women like Germaine Greer and Caroline Coon. 1967 was just the begining and social change was radically accelerated due to the 'psychedelic' movement.

@sonicheadbanger It was always called "Be Forewarned". It was wrongly credited as "Gathering of the tribe" when it was compiled on the Pebbles box set. It had originally appeared on a compliation called "Gathering of the tribe", which is presumably where the mix up came from.
