I have put Hundreds and Hundres of rounds through my Glock 21 and never had a jam...ever! Not that it can't happen, but Glock is a great gun. If your gun does jam at some point, so what? Tap, Rack, and start shooting again. Not the end of the world.

Having never fired a Gen. 4, I really don't know. But I own a Glock 21 sf Gen.3 and have never ever had a problem with it...not even once. My guess is that the new Glocks just need some time to "break in" and probably will still be just as reliable as all the others before them. Time will tell.
