Kind of a dumb joke. It's like a dirty double entendre, except it doesn't make sense on the innocent level, so it's more of a single entendre. It's basically just "heh, what if she fucked something."

Mitchell and Webb did a better parody of this genre of sketches with their bit about the ArseStore. And I would argue that Monty Python's versions of the trope were kind of parodies already.

I believe the reviewers of IGN et al justify the high scores they give to merely "competent" games by saying it's only a measure of how competent a game is, and the "meat" is the text review part. It's bullshit of course, there's a reason no one is coercing them to give excessively positive text...
