I would return the feather clutch, you should only keep purses that are made with nice materials so they last longer

if you wear heels and your feet are sore you can get a golf ball or tennis ball put in on the floor, place the arch of your foot directly over the ball and just push down on it and roll it around.

i use the clean and clear salacyclic acid gel morning and night right after toner to my acne prone areas such as my forehead or cheeks and then out on my face lotion. This routine is working wonders, I basically almost never break out now.

My favorite foundation right now is the Bobby Brown mineral foundation, it has yellow undertones so its perfect for my skin and it makes my skin look really good. It is a sheer foundation so concealer is needed.

for any energy/protein bars the amount of protein has to be in the double digits and the amount of sugar has to be in the single digit or else your just snacking on sugar that'll make you crash later.
