About Me:

I was born in San Jose, California, on May 9, 1985. In July of 1987, I moved to Stewardson, Illinois. In 1989, I was diagnosed with autism at the age of 4 before I started preschool in September at Main Street School in Shelbyville, Illinois. I repeated preschool and went to the TADD program in Mattoon in 1990. I started kindergarten at Stewardson-Strasburg Elementary and High School in 1991. I continued school at Stewardson-Strasburg until I graduated high school on May 23, 2004. In August, 2004, I started Lake Land College and I am expecting to graduate in May, 2010 and also planning on going to a 4-year university. After school, I wanted to get into the music business.
Hometown:
Stewardson, IL
Country:
United States
Occupation:
college student, cartoonist, former drummer of Ballistic Secrets, songwriter, musician
Schools:
Lake Land College
Interests:
Playing my Simmons Drums, playing my Yamaha DD-6, playing my keyboards, playing my Jackson Kelly Bass, drawing, creating stuff on my computer, playing jai alai with my vinyl scoop set, playing handball, building realistic buildings from vintage Lego sets from the 60's, collecting and tinkering with as-seen-on-TV construction toys such as Flexiblocks, playing with Japanese robots, listening to backmasked songs, reinacting Star Wars movies with Star Wars figures, creating anime-inspired cartoons - especially science fiction giant robots and kawaii critters or combining any of them, watching music videos, closing logos, precautionary signs, and watching old concert videos from the 80's.
Movies:
My favorite shows are Hamtaro, Tumbletown Tales, and Once Upon a Hamster - of corse! I also like cartoons and TV shows that are mostly from the 80's and 90's such as Adventures of the Little Koala, Pinwheel, You Can't Do That On Television, The Mysterious Cities of Gold, Maple Town, Double Dare, Zoo Family, Finders Keepers, Noozles, David the Gnome, Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, M.A.S.K., He-Man, She-Ra, Jem, Transformers, G.I. Joe, Spiral Zone, Captain Power, Doug, Rugrats, Rocko's Modern Life, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Animaniacs, Tiny Toon Adventures, Voltron, G-Force, The Raccoons, and several others. I do like some 60's cartoons such as The Perils of Penelope Pitstop, The Jetsons, and Scooby-Doo Where are You? I also watch Def Leppard: Behind the Music and Rick Springfield: Behind the Music. My favorite movies are Tron, the Pokemon movies, Tremors, the Star Wars Saga, the Harry Potter movies, Body Slam, Footloose, Iron Eagle, Top Gun, Girls Just Want to Have Fun, Midnight Madness, the Shrek movies, The Powerpuff Girls Movie, Scooby-Doo: The Movie, the Power Rangers movies, Super Sentai the Movie 3-disc set, Real Genius, No Holds Barred, Willow, UHF, George of the Jungle, Inspector Gadget, the first six Star Trek movies, Star Trek: Generations, Battlefield Earth, Jetsons: The Movie, Rockin' With Judy Jetson, The Flintstones Meet the Jetsons, An American Tail, Streets of Fire, The Lost Boys, The Goonies, A Christmas Story, My Summer Story, Home Alone 1 and 2, and Hysteria: The Def Leppard Story.
Music:
Mostly Rick Springfield - but I also like Def Leppard, Bon Jovi, Phil Collins/Genesis, Kiss, The Cars, Styx, and any other bands that are either from the late 70's, from the 80's, from the early 90's, heavy metal, Contemporary R&B, new wave, working class, or classic rock. I do like some late 70's and some early 90's, but I don't care for any of the music from this decade (but I do like *NSYNC, 3 Doors Down, Linkin Park, and Metro Station).
Books:
Rock magazines, Def Leppard: Animal Instinct, encyclopedias, Arthur books by Marc Brown, The Official Hamtaro Handbook, any Power Ranger/Sentai books, Underwater Killers, The Art of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, any books on science and technology, and Rules of the Game: A Complete Illustrated Encyclopedia of all the Sports of the World.
