I work in a factory and we always throw the packages into trucks unless they are labeled fragile. It would take forever to load a truck without throwing them. Everything is padded so nothing breaks.

@SuperTopReviews Where did you get that imformation? Ive spent hours apon hours researching anything related to exercise and nutrition and have never heard of that. I think the artificial sweeteners/colors and enriched vitamins in that protein would be a bigger risk to your health than whey isolate.

Protein powder seems expensive but it only works out to be about 60 to 70 cents per serving so it ends up being cheaper than getting the protien from meat or fish. Also whey isolate is more bioavailable than chicken. It also is natural. Whey and casein are both derived from milk.

@tashawnify Doesnt look like you got an answer so to answer your question yes you can take whey protein at 16 years old. Whey protein is just what is says, protein. so taking it in a shake is now different than eating beef, chicken ect.
