Thanks for the tip, I did a sky today just testing it out with a prismacolor light Cerulean Blue it's a bluish grayish color it came out pretty good and I added some Canary Yellow a little an there and some white showing through it took a long time to do it going over it 4 or 5 time each time...

This worked great for me the rice was a little dry best method so for, since I live by my self 2 cup of rice is way to much for me, if I make one cup of rice I guess I have to cut the cooking time in half.
