Open invitations to experiment with visual meditation, the interplay of words, images and sound, to stretch your mind and enlarge your vision.
I named "haiga-mind meditations" the words & images combinations that I create - contemporary haiga style works, texts complementing or contrasting images (paintings, drawings, photo's, collage) and sound.
Their purpose is to accompany the development of the ability to create flexible interpretations of inner and outer events, to uncover more profound degrees of inner freedom and contentment.
You might like to use use them for mediation and reflection and as mind stretching exercises, or you might wish to simply enjoy the feeling they might touch.
Whatever choice you make, may you be content, and experience your life with mindfulness, wisdom and compassion!
