About Me:

I'm Johanus, I make custom armour, do some interesting illuminations, make cool artwork (including sculptures, drawings, and paintings), make mediaeval replicas, write quite a bit, and am the head instructor at The Academy of European Swordsmanship, way up in Alberta, Canada!
We have chapters in Calgary, Edmonton, and Madison, WI. We concentrate teaching Western Martial Arts from the German tradition, with smatterings of other European styles.
