Magic Mill - last of flour.mov
Using the "rolling pin" and spatula function of a Magic Mill mixer, also called an Electrolux Assistant.

@BMWe23aut - I got the idea from watching another video. The recipe was for challah and used 5 pounds of flour. Worked like I dream. It might look silly and take more time than a spiral mixer, but it works.

@turtlefromthenorth I had to save up as well - but every time I use it, I do a little happy dance. I make large quantities of dough, and this is the best home machine I've found. It's not as fast as some of the spiral mixers, but for the price.... I'll take this machine.

@ChefGuy49 My KA is from the early 90's. I love it, but it will not knead up the quantities of dough I make. Read "Crust & Crumb" and try his method BEFORE you spend your money. Let me know how it all works out!

Magic Mill - dough hook - mixing dough.mov
