i am not using demon tools i am using power iso .i agree with u there are better virtual boxes
but oracle virtualbox is good and enough for beginners

i was cracking all passwords of user names in Linux similar to windows users the password files are stored in /etc/passwd , etc/shadow
first we copy both the files then we are merge them to a single file crack.txt using unshadow commond
then crack using jtr
