Also in the contract, there is no mention on how you have to return the phone if anything is wrong. You have to contact Rogers so they give you the steps. The steps are in the box with the phone or you call them to ask them instead of wasting 40 minutes of your time.
I received a Fido (same company) package last month. There is a UPS return slip in the box, with the Fido address and the UPS number and a sheet saying to return the phone or else it will be charged.
