About this user
Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County was first incorporated December 1, 1990 as the 535th affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International. Our first groundbreaking took place in Bristol in May 1993; the first home was dedicated in June 1994. To date, we have worked with 196 members of our community, providing a hand-up to homeownership!
Each home Habitat for Humanity builds in Bucks County requires a commitment of 2000 volunteer hours, financial contributions of $115 per square foot, and the dedication of innumerable individuals speaking on behalf of the program. Habitat relies strictly on the generosity and commitment of neighbors and partner families to provide these resources.
Our Mission: To build affordable homes, better lives, stronger families, and safer communities through partnerships with people and organizations throughout Bucks County.
