Turn off your TV. If you must watch some TV, maintain presence while doing so. Do not get immersed. Become creative in your life, do not pay attention to the NWO because energy flows where attention goes. Focus instead on the feeling of harmony within yourself, float your own boat before trying to help others!

Just like when you are on a plane that has deployed it's oxygen masks you should put yours on before helping another. That is what we all must do, get our own houses in order. That is what these beings - whoever or whatever they are - don't want us to do.

Develop gratitude for all the miracles unfolding around you at any given moment. Then you will be suited to face the darkness, which is not a polarity of light, but is actually a part of ALL things in this world. This is our charge.
