I'm not a Chef by profession but I love to cook, it's my creative outlet. I don't usually cook from a recipe so people get mad when i can't produce a recipe of something they've liked. So this is my attempt to show them my process. As for the amounts I'm really just guessing so don't follow my recipes to a tee.
