have a bar and balence beam i LOVE gymnastics!!!!!!! i can do a back walk over, i can walk on my hands across the room, (wich i have a vid of me doing it on my channel) back bends, front handspring and ariel (only on the trampoline) a millicircle on my bar, a back hip circle, cast push away dismount, back hip pullover, i can climb a 6 ft rope 3 times in a row, (i have a lot of upper arm strength) 1 minute hollow hold, split jump, pivot turn,on the beam i can do leg swings, relev'e lock, stretch jump/ tuck jump, arabesques, tuck jump dismount, forward roll ( TONS of pain on the beam) handstand, on the floor i can do a split ( working on my back handspring) AND MANY MANY MORE THINGS!!!!!!!!!!!
