@crazymarzi6900 I had the same problem.. Try starting with your feet elevated. That will give you a little height and make your press easier after you get it like that

im a level 7 and when i was level 5 my coach had us doing cast handstands... i know it isnt required but to make your routine perfffect it would help adding that... but reallly pretty(:

shes a level 8 and barely had her cast handstand... my coaches would never put me in level 8 without a cast handstand!!!

my coaches are constantly telling the level 5's and 6's to do that drill and they finally got their free-hips!!!

that wasnt a clear hip! that was a back hip circle...

ohmygosh! i love this floor music... my friend downloaded it and im competeing it in december for the first time! it goes really fast though and my coach just quit and cut our hours so im not getting enough work on it:/
