There's a reason why the classic margherita pizza is a classic. Stop f*cking it up, America.

@Catchicken89 because he has the broiler on, and the broiler will crack your pizza stone. The cast iron pan will create the hottest surface possible. Metal pans will create a soggier, half-decent crust (they require you use oil to prevent sticking).
