@jcriedijk I knew her before her great career was truly started. She is a great soul, an amazing musician and was and is a dear friend.

I recently visited this Winery, and it was every bit as enchanting as this lovely video. Fess Parker is gone now, but his spirit lives one.

@oznoddy - It is interesting to contrast this singer with Bartoli. Garanca is so relaxed she seems almost half asleep. Bartoli seems to be positively manic.

this is far and away the best recorded performance of this aria, but I must say that Renee Fleming is a close second. Now, let's hear Anna Netrebko! I bet she could do it justice.
