I use chile cascabel and I strain it before I pour it in the water. Might try it but it doesn't sound good with beef. I've taste it with chicken or pork, or both combine.

I have only made red pozole but looking forward to making green pozole. My cousin in Mexico made green pozole and it was delicious. She combine pork meat and chicken together in it.

Esta cancion me trae recuerdos. Tuve un novio muy bueno llamado Juvenal de Zacatecas. Al partir de Houston a Zacatecas le dedique esta cancion. Me dijo que iva a regresar y nunca regreso y derote muchas lagrimas. Le decio lo mejor eso fue hace muchos anos.
