About Gershon Veroba
Jewish music has seen many changes through Gershon Veroba.
A featured artist on over 50 albums and thousands of live performances, his solo popularity was boosted by his abilities to accurately write, record and perform popular American music including mainstream songs with lyrics re-written with Judaic themes.
In 2007, with all-original music, his album "Reach Out," triumphantly shifted focus to his own heart and personal history. Carefully produced with his new band, Takana, using uniquely inspiring material in Hebrew and English, centered on Judaic themes, but with fewer boundaries, reaching all faiths and religious levels.
In 2010, he produced what he says to be his last "copy" album, with Jewish-themed adaptations of hit songs. More than half of the album features guest artists, but concludes his work in this genre with some of his finest products.
