Funny, when I was was a kid I always thought Clarence said at 1:57, "So your not a Robocop!" after stabing murphy in the chest, finding out he can still feel pain. Was kinda disapointed when I found out from the subtitles he actually said "sayonara Robocop!" But still a great scene.

In terms of story, the build up was there for Williams to be the one to have the showdown with Bolo, not Roper. The criticism on Bolos sloppiness, which in the end led to the kick in the balls. In fact if you look at the film again the dialog between Han and Williams seem more tailored for Roper ...
