@JOSEMusicPage I also agree get into some boxing. The training is very tough but the results are amazing. You want a flat, hard, tough stomach? Take some punches into your stomach, the muscles tense and grow very hard and firm.
@wdh613 15 huh! Good age. Do your sit ups, punch a heavy bag, and get a buddy to punch you in the stomach for a regular workout! It'll toughen you up very quickly!
