Guitarjed's Street Music - The Buskers Channel !

My background image is a picture of the late great "King of the Busker's" Don Partridge", Don came to fame in the sixties with hits "Rosie" & "Blue eyes" Don died last year 2010 aged 68,his face will now be a permanent reminder to other Buskers who look on this site to remember Don the famous "One man Band! R.I.P. Don you'll be sadly missed. Just been thinking about trying to organise a Buskers festival in Leeds in the city centre where you could have Buskers from all over the country or just local talent from the Leeds area & give the money to a charity, it's just an idea thats been going round in my head for a while but i guess the organization would be difficult,if anyone out there has got any ideas on this or you think it's a good idea just leave a comment as your ideas would be welcome..Thanks ...Jed

First of all can i say that as from 12
november 2010 i will only be recording original songs that Buskers themselves have written,this is owing to the fact i am sick & tired of getting warnings about copyright infringement ,
This is my channel mainly dedicated to street musicians/Buskers, my aim is to go out to different cities & towns & bring the skills of some of these very talented people to a worldwide audience using my camcorder & the magic of the internet, i want to give these people a platform to get their music & talents seen who otherwise would not be seen by so many people, i make a contribution to every Busker/musician i film because as i see it these people are earning a living doing what they enjoy & bringing pleasure to a lot of people. I'm trying to do my bit for musicians/entertainers everywhere who entertain us on the streets in all weather & keep music Live'!!!!! If these video's help to promote these talented people to a higher level in their musical career then that's great!!
