Jacks entry was a refreshingly strong composition, with some tasty phrasing and note selection. His command of Eight Finger tapping has to be applauded as is the fact that, compared with many of the other entries, he was plainly having great fun shredding away! He maybe needs to work on his tone, but the fact remains that in an earlier age hed have had a good chance in already securing a Shrapnel Records (firsts home to the original shredders such as Malmsteen, Gilbert, Vinie Moore, Tony Macalpine, Jason Becker, Marty Friedman, Ritchie Kotzen and Vinnie Moore amongst others) as this kids definitely got it. Give him a few years and this guy will be unstoppable!
