For as long as I can remember I have been a singer; my mom tells me that even when I was a baby I would hum myself to sleep. Music has always been a huge part of my life and how I relate to the world around me. When I began playing guitar about 6 years ago, my world of delight in music expanded vastly. I taught myself how to play and began writing my own songs. Most of them are about God with a few of random songs about life in general and my experiences in it. My style could be described as I have no clue.....honestly, I hate labels because it limits creativity. If I was labeled as indie music or whatever and I wanted to write a rap, that would totally put a damper on my creative process...in other words, I do best with no limits, just being able to express freely : )
I am 18 and am in the process of planning my wedding for January 2010. I live with my mom and 2 brothers at the moment. I have kinda dropped the ball on my guitar playing and song writing with all thats gone on in my life recently but am desperately trying to find my inspiration.
