I picked up the guitar in 1989, I was doing alot of strummings and fingerpicking during those years mainly on popular songs. Then I was into the 80s-90s Metal and Rock. Until my late twenties, I started to discover 'fingerstyle' is actually the art of technique on guitar music I enjoy most.
"Fingerstyle" is actually performed on using fingers independently to play and blend many parts of a musical arrangement, such as the bass, rhythem accompaniment and the lead melody or even percussion simultaneously.
I was so addicted to this form of "Art" since 2002. I have collected alot of Cds, especially from the Japan Specialised on Fingerstyles' CD Stores and even bid on auctions or amazon for those out-of-print and rare collectible Cds.
I wish to play, record more of my playing and even self-compose tunes to share with the viewers, however, I need the time, the space, to listen, to learn and practise new tunes. I have been listening and collected alot of good CDs and those tunes influences are mainly from the Westen(Phil keaggy, Michael Hedges, Andy Mckee ) to Celtic, and the Japan (Isato Nakagawa, Shun Komatsubara, Kotaro Oshio, Masaaki Kishibe) to Taiwan(Allen Lu, Huang Jia Wei) to also Austrilia(Tommy Emmanuel, Lucas Michailidis) and many others.
