haha after some days you will see how the keys will start clicking...it happens to me....after 2 trips to the dealer, still can't fix it....There is a vide on youtube, of some guy from Italy, with the same problem...get usefull, evrything else works and sounds great! Great piano! regards

@ksoundsdotcom yes I have the memory expansion already installed, so...Can you tell me how many mb are the organimation complete bank? because I don't want to unload the korg expansion, I use them enough at live...But i think It's ok to use ORganimation+korg exb samples or k piano+korg samples
