DJ Curly was born and raised in Goleta, CA. He started DJ'ing in 2003 after getting his first pair of turntables and an extensive record collection from his uncle. The following year Curly started a radio show on KCSB 91.9FM while still a student at UCSB. The show lasted over 2 years and featured several of Santa Barbara's best DJ's. The exposure from the radio show ultimately landed him his first two gigs at the world famous Spundae in Los Angeles in 2005. Since 2006, he has held several residencies in the 805 and played at nearly every club in Santa Barbara. He has also gone on to play at some of the hottest nightclubs in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. Curly is known for staying ahead of the curve in music trends and is guaranteed to have the freshest music. He is versatile and can play any style to get the party rocking.
