The cat said nothing as mammals met eye, just looked through thick whiskers at monkey with pie.
Andrew put it down to crazy and set about eating pastry, whilst Mr Manders' cat looked into the room.
The cat thought it strange, that the monkey could claim the high ground in evolutions plot. But why should it worry, Mr Manders obeys nicely, he'll eat the dinner he got.
