I am 13 and this year I did my term paper this year on Facts About Oil and in the process learned alot about the
need to use our own oil resources. I decided to hold a rally in Washington D.C. to bring attention to America's need to drill for oil from the standpoint of a young person, It will be on July 24, 2008 at Jefferson Memorial Plaza from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
