@tomzjamz Not true... Had a guy leave his rifle on the back of a stryker in Iraq. We took off and got close to 5 miles outside of the fob before gate called us up and said we dropped a rifle out of one of the trucks.

God, I had a drill sergeant at benning that looked and acts just like that short little dick sgt. Drill sgt. Johnson. Dude was like 5ft 2 and was a hard ass. did 15 years in a ranger bat before going to benning to be a DS.
