You know, it's been nearly 2 years and this video still chokes me up a bit. It's the best "Don't judge a book by it's cover" lesson I've ever seen, and the look on Simon's face backs it up.

Lots of bands do sing-a-longs, and some of them give me chills when the audience knows the song well enough to do the artist justice. The acoustics of this hall, and the heart of the audience singing take this to another level, though, and it's an awe-inspiring experience to simply watch.

After hearing this song countless times, I still can't get over the simple yet brilliant composition of it. Very few songs I've heard in all my years of listening, which started during the Motown years, evoke such emotion and determination combined. Can't hear it enough.
