I'm a 200hrs certified Hatha yoga instructor who's always looking for 'mindful' solutions to aid in physical and mental needs. I believe that through yoga we can heal ourselves from the inside out without need of narcotics. Our physicallities are amazing things and, just like they make us sick when we're stressed, can make us better with the proper care and attention.
You're body is your temple- or so the saying goes. So why not treat it as such?
