youtube is really starting to take A LOT of videos down. Cspanjunky got banned because apparently our congress is copyrighted.
I can't seem to find the video where Colin Powell "threatens US with flu pandemic or national emergency" around Obamas inaguration.
Old Oliver North was asked about suspending the constitution during a 'national emergency' back in the 80's, he had no comment on "REX 84".
It was too early then.

A really great book though is G.E.B., Godel, Escher, Bach: an Eternal Golden Braid by Douglas Hofstadter. Its is a book on intelligence, the study of intelligence, the study of how intelligent beings study, and also has deep undertones of A.I.
