I think he is absolutely the tops in classic rock 'n roll, with few coming close to what he did.
He wrote some great songs, and no one betters him in the crazy mad energy when he sings them.
He is peerless, no one better expresses the very heart and soul of rock n roll music.

This comes from the album "Hero and Heroine", which I first heard when it came out in the 1970's. I love the whole album for its beautful melodies, tones and lyrics. Dave Cousins is undoubtedly one of the UK's best songwriters.
