GREENSTYLE
Greenstyle is a non-profit community advisory service funded by a grant from the New South Wales Government Environmental Trust.
This channel has been set up to communicate with individuals, organisations and community groups who are interested in sharing their knowledge and experiences on environment solutions, both big and small. Greenstyle's primary aim is to provide a free, home visit service to Sydney, Australia, residents living in Ku-ring-gai, Hornsby and Willoughby. Expert advisors can help you cut through the information overload on biodiversity and sustainability. Greenstyle Advisors speak in plain language and help access Government rebates on Solar Power and Water Tanks. They even help with the paperwork.
Any questions on flora, fauna, landscaping, bush regeneration, turning your swimming pool into a pond, cleaning up your local waterways, repairing wildlife corridors, getting a blue tongue lizard for your backyard; energy saving advise and in particular how to save money on sustainable products and services, go to 'greenstyle.org.au' and sign up.
Greenstyle also provides a list of local contractors who will offer discounts to eligible Greenstyle participants during this 2 year campaign.
