Greenpeace tell folks about HAARP.
The United States has three ionospheric heating facilities: the HAARP, the HIPAS, near Fairbanks, Alaska, and (currently offline for modifications) one at the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico
1 billion watts straight up ,..and straight down,..into the ground.

All Green Peace er's believe in Man Made Global Warming Never lookinto it just Blindly Agree because thay are in Green Peace the fact that C02 was higher levels in the past and that the data is all predicted on flawed computer models etc etc its all to do with control and global taxes the carbon tax in its self is not understood but because its a feel good scam its believed by all greenies as a good thing i just wish all greenies arn't all sheep
